Ordering

Chocolate Attraction aims to make your online shopping experience as customer friendly as possible. If you have any problems with our online shop please don’t hesitate to email us at info@chocolateattraction.com.au or phone 08 9246 1704.

Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept payment by credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard), cheque, money order or internet bank transfer. Unfortunately we can only accept Visa or Mastercard through our online store, if you wish to order using American Express please phone us. Please note, we ship when payment reaches our account.

Delivery

Within Australia:
We ship all purchases using Australia Post’s parcel service with delivery taking place during normal business hours (8.00am – 5.00pm).  If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local post office and a card left notifying the addressee of its location. If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is expected, you may consider asking for special delivery instructions to be included on your parcel (eg. please leave parcel at door, in carport etc.).  If you would like to choose this option please include the information in the ‘additional comments’ section when you check out. Or you could choose an address where you know the parcel can be delivered (eg. At work, care of a neighbour, etc.). Please note that deliveries are not insured for loss.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within Perth: - next working day.  
Other locations within WA (except for remote areas): 1 - 3 working days
 To other capital cities: 3 - 5 working days            
To other interstate locations: 4 - 6 working days

This information (provided by Australia Post) is a guide only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.  In the unlikely event of your order not arriving within 10 working days please contact us.

Please note – this covers parcels of roughly 7kg in weight, we will contact you if your order attracts additional shipping costs.

If express postage is required please note this is in the ‘additional comments’ section at the end of the check out process and we will contact you to advise of the extra charge.

From outside Australia:

You are only able to order online for deliveries within Australia, if you are elsewhere in the world please contact us by email but do NOT email your credit card details. We will be in touch with you to confirm postage charges and arrange payment. No GST (Australia’s service tax at 10%) is charged on international orders but we do charge a 10% handling fee due to the extra processing required. Please note that some countries may charge import duty or tax on the goods, this is payable by the customer.

Out of stock items

Should we happen to be out of stock of an item you have ordered we will contact you with details of the expected delivery time and offer you the option of waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with a similar product or receiving a refund.

Returns

For products that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described then please notify us within 48 hours at info@chocolateattraction.com.au or phone 08 9246 1704. We will provide instructions on how to return the goods. We will either provide a replacement, credit note or full refund. We will also cover the return postage charges.
